My mind is going... I can feel it... Today I was considering the question of whether it would be possible to use speakers to dry underwear. You'd probably need quite big speakers set at a very high volume in order to move sufficient air to increase the evaporation rate of water to a level substantially greater than would be otherwise obtained. You'd need a control pair of identical wet underwear in the same room. You'd have to make sure they were both out of direct sunlight, draughts or other factors which could affect drying rate. You might measure the dryness by touch or you could use moisture meters. If you place a webcam next to the meters you could monitor it remotely. I finally completed my assignment this morning. This afternoon will be finishing off marking coursework (why did I agree to do this?). That leaves 3 days to get my portfolio up to date, find where the gaps are and make a hit list for next term, lesson plans for Tuesday (college) and perhaps Wednesday (school). Also maybe try to finish writing up the school based tasks. I'm trying to pretend that the next assignment doesn't exist. My current strategies are denial and self-delusion.
