Yesterday afternoon T needed some time to herself to write a couple of essays so I took the boys to the seaside to run around and use up some energy. It was a dull and rainy day so they didn't have much opportunity to do much "free running" because everything was wet and slippery. They started jumping and vaulting over a few fences and hand rails so I pulled out my digital camera and took a few short video clips. The slippery conditions, poor light, rain and novice cameraman produced a far from professional result but after we got home and downloaded the clips my oldest son dropped them into Windows Movie Maker and came up with this 1.8Mb video (with sound). Both the runners and the cameraman were critical of their performance but inspired to get back out there and do better. The boys added the link to their website and witing a couple of hours they'd had 4 telephone calls from friends telling them how great it is and asking them to make more.
